Recently I noticed my Moto Z 2 Play has a had a significant battery draining issue. Today I looked up usage and discovered that it was using over 200% of battery in last charge.
When I try and open the app it either crashes or gets stuck trying to open.
When I try and disable the app it states it will install factory version then proceeds to get stuck uninstalling before crashing the phone. This also causes the phone to get stuck in boot forcing a factory reset (Volume down + power button).
It has no permissions yet is someone doing something to drain the battery.
Is this a known issue and/or is there a way to fix it?
