Got my lenova hacked no passwords to log ijjrd

His jot my laptop hacked and cannot get back in it as they have changed passwords everytime I lift the lid of the laptop it looks like they are still retrieving data please help it is a lenovo

Turn it off, wipe it to factory defaults. If you want to get your files out, remove the hard drive from the system, install it in a secondary computer you can use as a burn one (meaning if it's infected you can just wipe that one also), run a full virus scan on your drive using Malwarebytes and another A/V program, then copy the files you need out of the drive.

disconnect from the internet right away. can't get anything if no net access to transfer it. then do what hang-the-9 says
