Got shocked.. literally

I have a Samsung HW-H550 wireless sound bar. I went over to a shelf near it, inadvertently touched it, got zapped, and now I get a reading of PROT! and it does nothing but shuts itself on and off, with no sound. It won't quit shutting on and off. Suggestions???????

Sounds like at best, this thing does not work, and at worst, could be quite dangerous. Suggest you carefully unplug it, and don't use it anymore.
