Question GPU fans not working, no image on monitor, but LED works

Hi,

I have a Sapphire RX 470.
During a gaming session the pc shut down by itself. After that, I can start again the computer, everything works except there is no image on my monitor.
The GPU fans are not spinning, other ports of the GPU are not working. The GPU has a LED with the Sapphire logo and it lights up.

If I put the monitor in the on-board video card it works.

Is the GPU dead? It seems likely but the LED works.
