Graphic Card disapeared

Hi there,

I just installed official drivers over my modded radeon 6970M drivers, because i'm stupid.

Now, it disapeared from the devices manager, and the only graphic card running is the integrated one.

What can i do? Does modded drivers void warranty (meaning: Can i tell that to the hotline?)

I apologize for cheap english, and thanks for ur help

Just REINSTALL the original drivers .... they will overwrite the modded ones quite happily...

I feel rly noob, but i dont get it.

I cant edit these lines in the bios. It's grey, not blue

If the BIOS does not allow you to change any settings (most laptops are like that), and installing Alienware's Radeon drivers is not possible, then you only have two options.

1. Windows Repair - Perhaps this will undo the "damage" done when you installed the official AMD drivers.

2. You will need to do a full Windows restore. Backup any important data on the C: Drive because it will be deleted.

Only use discrete graphics drivers the laptop brand (Alienware in your case). Installing official drivers can "break" your graphic card because it is not customized for your specific laptop.
