Graphic cards detected but cannot install the driver

Hya all,

I just installed a GPU unit to my motherboard. The display is on but the graphic is terrible because I can install the driver. On the device manager, there's caution mark. I wonder why is this happen. Mobo not compatible?GPU problem?PSU not enough power?

For all information:

Mobo - Gigabyte Z77-HD3
GPU - Asus GT 740-dfoc-2gd5
PSU - Voltron Bronze 235fx

p/s : the GPU unit required 6pin power connector. Since my PSU dont have that, I use adapter to get power from SATA connector

I just bought bigger power psu.. But didnt test it yet.. will try and update later
