Graphics card help

I got a laptop for christmas (IDEAPAD 500) with AMD Radeon R7 M360 graphics and intel hd 520 graphics too. The AMD graphics card kicks in when playing like rust and gta 5 and other demanding games. Althugh, It is still incredibly laggy and has hardly any FPS and crashes all the time! im looking to buy a new graphics card that is great for gaming and is able to run very demanding games! my maximum price would be about £130 or $200, (this is for a laptop not a pc by the way!)
