According to the link below, your Asus does have a MXM slot. That means you may be able to upgrade the GPU. It does appear that results are mixed, however.

The G75V uses a proprietary form factor for its MXM cards so you would need a heat gun, some heat pipes, and solder paste to reshape the heatsink.

As far as I know, none of the MXM 1050 Tis available for consumers have a BIOS chip despite having pads, so you'd need to find the correct model of chip and you'd need to flash the correct BIOS with an SPI flash tool.

I'm pretty sure that Eurocom sells an upgrade kit, but the kit itself cost more than a new laptop that's faster.
