Great Performance But Minor Lags ??

All my games work on 50-60 fps on max settings but there are very small lags in between every game.... My Rig :
-Sapphire R9 270 Dualx 2GB DDR5
-Kingston Hyper-x Fury 1x8GB
-AMD FX-6300 Black Edition
-Gigabyte MoBo
-Corsair 650W PSU---------What I suspect is that my cpu usage hikes suddenly and causes the lags ....but guys i want ur suggetions ..

lags "in between every game"......

Not sure I understand....

Do you mean the normal amount of time in between loading new levels/maps? (THis can take 20-40 seconds depending on the game)

Does your actual ping time fluctuate during this time of perceived lagging?
