Solved! Green vertical lines almost like static on screen

On 73" Mitsubishi dlp tv it has green vertical lines on the screen almost like static, what does that mean?

If you are lucky it is just bad HDMI cables. Of course this assumes you are not trying to watch content received over the air with an antenna. Usually spotting those problems in OTA broadcasts would be hard to do, but this kind of screen artifact is very easy to see when connected to say a set-top box, receiver, blue-ray player, game console, like a PS4, etc. Hence I'd start with the HDMI cables between the TV and the boxes.
