I have a Dell i5 4 gen with 4 GB RAM and a 2 GB Nvidia graphic card. GTA 5 is freezing on my laptop and I don't know what to do.

Hi,

To what settings is your laptop set at when you play GTA V? (Low or Medium) Do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Start by going in Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do set Nvidia as the default graphics card.
