Gta 5 online transfer question

Ok so im getting a laptop and im gonna download gta 5 on it and transfer my existing character from ps4 to my laptop and i was going to mod gta 5 and give myself money on the pc gta 5 online account and then go to my ps4 and use the money that i had on pc which is the same character on both ps4 and pc so will the money be both on my ps4 and pc on the same character?
