GTA V run on my laptop???

i am planning to buy a new laptop its name and specs are:

Acer Aspire E E5-573G-52G3

Intel Core i5 5200U (2.20 GHz)
8 GB Memory
1 TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce 940M 2 GB
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

will it run GTA V and most of the modern games on lowest graphics settings

On low settings yes. On Medium-High, you computer will suffer.
