I have spent tons of time trying to figure this issue out and have been searching the internet for a solution to no avail. The Issue: My laptop crashes when I open up a game on AC power but not on battery. When I reconnect AC power when playing a game on battery power it will crash soon after (Immediately-couple minutes). I'm out of ideas for what could be causing this and hope you can help me figure it out.

Errors:
BSOD (Sometimes orange) with "Event Scheduler Internal Error"
Event Viewer shows this error before BSOD "The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found."
Sometimes the Laptop will just freeze and ill have to Hard reset it

My System:
MSI GS63VR 6RF
6700HQ
GTX 1060 6GB
Toshiba 128GB SSD
1TB HDD
Windows 10 1803 (have also tried clean install of 1709)

What I have tried:
Clean Install of Windows 10 1803 and 1709
Tried latest and older GeForce drivers with each build
Ran Memory tests and test on SSD, all passed
Command Prompt: "Chkdsk C: /f /r" and "sfc /scannow"
Tested AC power supply voltage: Rated: 19.5 Volts Tested @ 19.44 Volts
Update BIOS to latest version from MSI
Tried adjusting power settings in Nvidia Control Panel to Performance

Solution
If the charger is fine, that points to a likely issue with the motherboard or charger port on the laptop. The crash error is from the video card, that may be bad.
