my mobile model GT-b7510. but my mobile is locked and touch screen is not working. but some times its working and sometimes it is going to be hang. please suggest me please

If your phone touch screen only sometimes works then you need to either fix it or get a new one.

Correct. It might be the screen and a new one can fix it. Or it might be something on the board in which case the new screen won't. A shop should be able to tell you whats wrong if you want to go that route. Or just upgrade and buy a new phone.
