Half LCD panel working and half white

Hi All

I did a cleaning by removing the LCD Panel for Sony Bravia LCD TV after fixing the half screen is working and half screen is white , can someone help me to fix this

Well you clearly either broke something or did not connect something properly. Take it apart again and reseat it. If that does not work, you probably broke a connection. Why would you remove an LCD panel to clean anything? It should be pretty well sealed to not get dirty.

Actually the TV was submerged in flood water , for 1 day, hence i remove the water by opening the TV, before opening i check and it was working but , water particles in bacground,

now after removing the water and fixing , i see that the top half is working and the bottom half has white area

Did you replace the screen? Check the connections? If connections all look good, you need to start with replacing the hardware, LCD panel first I'd say, then the boards it connects to.
