Hard bricked galaxy s3

Hey guys. a while ago i fell in a lake with my galaxy s3 in my pocket. i took it to several shops but nothing could be done. it was dead, so i bought a new one. now a few months later im thinking what could i do with it? i now have a completely dead galaxy s3. any suggestions on how to maybe turn it into some $$$?
