Hard Disk cache overload 100%

Hi guys, here I am again asking u guys again what to do..because I don't have a clue to this problem, while use apps like Bittorent and Utorrent , after 20-30 secs..........there is an overload and the app stops responding, on stopping it from task manager, it appears in the background process and takes up 80% of disk............I have used this apps from my childhood and never faced this problem , I just wanna know will a full format of the system , heal this defect...........and what is causing it...........Thanks a lot in advance.........I am and always be thankful to u guys and @tomsharware..........

I never had this problem might want to scan system in safe mode with virus or malware scanners.Sounds like you might have a nasty bug.
