Has anyone had any luck unlocking the 6s?Need help

Trying to unlock a 6s I bought from someone clean imei called sprint they told me I needed the account number which I don't have and I wouldn't feel comfortable asking someone for there account number has anyone had there 6s unlocked I need help or what to tell sprint when I call again thanks
