Has anyone tried the new Snailapp for property rentals?

I think the app focuses on more self-managed property in Australia, but I haven't actually tried the app myself yet. Apparently it's a super efficient and convenient medium that accommodates for interactions between landlords and tenants. Has anyone possibly tried it?
