dummy wen it comes to understanding wat i shoul or shouldnt delete and ive no storage left love pic edit apps hav lots pics up date wen aval but earlier versions still on phone will i lose any photos if i delete the older versions also dont no anything bout wat files i can and cant delete

Removing photo editing apps won't delete the photos, but you can always check with the maker of the program. They should all just reference the pictures you have staved to storage, not move them to their own storage location within the program files.
