Have phone with no sim. Can't find network provider

I have a nokia 5332 that came without a sim and I don't know the network provider but want to use my new videophone sim but phone is not allowing me to do so.

Do you mean "vodafone" and not "videophone"? Contact them, they are the ones that activate service for you on new phones.
