I'm having trouble downloading a office 10 trial and a kaspersky 2012 trial. When ever I download either product it says there is another version on my computer, so it can't download the current version I want to download.
The problem is I've deleted the files from the control panel, used 2 microsoft word remover programs, and searched my computer a few times for any remaining products just incase. Still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.
