having trouble with toshiba satellite c660d

So when i turned my laptop on this morning, the screen looked like the first picture... I tried unistaling the video card driver and the install it back it didn't work. I took the battery out using it only on power cord still same thing. I reinstalled windows, and same thing. I took apart the laptop cleaned it of dust and i even put in new cooling paste still same thing... if i click on start it stops but still the screen is yellow.. the tricky part is when i open a full screen window i can't see nothing it's just a bunch of lines... what is wrong with it... please help, I would be grateful.

I forgot to mention that... the screen is fain i connected it to an external monitor already

Hi, if you can, try an external monitor, you will know if the problem comes from your screen.
