HD Tune gone crazy

I don't know what happened to it, but when I launch it, I get this error & then program closes:

All my disks work fine.

Try using your HDD manufacturer's Diagnostic Tool instead eg Seagate's Seatools.

No, I use HD Tune for benchmarking & I like how it looks more than other benchmarkers. I just want to work it.

I gather you got a version on disk. Probably your optical drive . Try loading the disk in a few times.
