Hdd won't boot

Hello, i am having some problems with my laptop. It does not boot any hdd or windows recovery media, instead just reboots or turns blue screen and i have to reboot.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Blue screen?
Did it show any error message?
Could be the hard drive is dead.

The message from blue screen varies from what media im trying to boot, one of the messages is memory management. The hdd is not the problem because i have tested another one that is good.

Also, i forgot to mension, i have also tested 2 different rams, have cleared the CMOS(by removing the battery waiting 30 sec and replacing), and tested the rams.

It used to, but i solved it by simply cleaning it.. Not a problem now.

A problem like this would normally be a motherboard issue. You may need to replace your board.

can a bios flash solve it?
