HDMI arc to HDMI

Hi, I recently bought 42" sony w900 b tv which has HDMI arc, digital output. But my home theatre system(Philips Hts3520/94) has only HDMI port, so I'm unable to play tv audio through this in my audio system. Right now I connected my tv to audio system through Aux cable.
Is there a way or converter so that I connect directly through tv's HDMI Arc to audio system HDMI port and enjoy the digital clarity.

There is no adapter that can make your Philips accept audio from the TV through its HDMI output (just not wired for it internally). Since it doesn't have an optical input you don't have any other options.
