HDMI cable: no sound?

This is a strange thing: I have 3 (rented) TVs for a work event. I have video input cables running to 2 of them. On the other I have an HDMI cable running to a streaming device (ROKU). Picture is fine but not sound on any TV. HELP?

If the Roku is the source for all three sets you may not be able to get it to output audio via analog RCA and HDMI at the same time.
You would need audio cables to get sound for the 2 sets wires with the video inputs being used.
As for the HDMI check the Roku to make sure it is set to output audio via HDMI.
