Solved! HDMI I/o problem

I have a tablet which is having an HDMI output and a laptop with HDMI output , now i need to plug in my laptop to tablet and make my tablet work as my monitor how can i do it , i read in an article stating the HDMI connectors are used as currently only sends information in one direction so how can i give my laptop output as input to tablet and used it has display.

Don't think anyone makes an adapter to do what you want to do. They make USB to HDMI output adaptors but the only HDMI inputs are for video boards for desktops. Not cheap either as they are designed for professional video editing. Cheaper to buy a monitor or use your TV.
