HDMI not connecting after full reset Windows 10 (broken screen)

my laptops screen is broken but i was using a tv connected through hdmi to use the laptop. i then performed a full reset and the hdmi is not detected and i cannot see anything. PLEASE HELP

Time to get that display repaired.
Your system needs drivers installed, which it cannot do as you've done a reset and are not able to click through the initial Windows 10 screens to create your profile and get Windows Update going.
