Question hdmi out from PS5, want to split audio out to a yamaha receiver for 5 channel sound, over RCA connectors

Hello,
is there a splitter that will split out 5 channel surround sound, through a Yamaha receiver, originating with the hdmi cable from a PS5?
I'd like not to use a sound bar, I'm using this in my office.
Also, what would the PS5 settings be?
