Hdmi to hdmi to audio out

Hello,ive a tv with no headphones or audio out using hdmi leads from sat to video to tv i cant get audio to headphones is the a hdmi cable with an audio out on the market?? many thanks in advance

Your TV only has HDMI in not out. If your TV has an optical audio out then you could buy a Digital to Analog Converter with a headphone amplifier built in. These are not cheap so it may not make sense with your TV.
