HDMI to Scart

I have a Sky Q box, which does not allow me to connect to a DVD / Hard Drive to record to! I am thinking, can I connect the out put HDMI cable from Sky Q to a Scart input on my DVD recorder, if so, what hardware will I require!

Why do you need an external recorder? The SKY Q box has a built in HDD either 1TB or 2TB. If this is headed in the direction of some form of copyright infringement, then i would warn you in a friendly way that members will not help you with this.
