HDTV for under $350

My old HDTV pooped out on me yesterday and im on a strict budget. I dont really need something super big or with built in nacho machine or anything.

Specs i would like to have:
2ms response time
gaming mode
1080p
22"+
component cable connector
hdmi


any recommendation doesn't have to strictly have every thing i listed these are just what i would like to have optimally.
