Headphone does not want to work

So today my headphone randomly decided to stop working i connected them to my phone to try to see if it was a computer problem and they worked fine in the phone also the mic worked ass well i though it was a driver problem i reinstalled the drivers for my motherboard and nothing still the same thing i have no clue what else it could be, i always connect my headphones to the back off my pc because my front ports don't work i have tried everything i can think off i will post my specs down below and some screenshots as well. (Motherboard P9X79LE)
