Headphone Weird Noises

It's been 11 months and no matter what kind of headphone i wear i always hear static or buzz kind of annoying noises. My headphones are all okay when i plugged it to other smartphones or computers. I tried plugging different mic's and power cable's.Recently I even changed my PSU, Motherboard , Ram and Video Card. But it still making annoying noises. Are there any solutions to this problem? Please help...

Motherboard: Asus z87-k
CPU: Intel i5 4440
Ram: 4gb DDR3 Kingston
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Hp DVD-RW ATA (not plugged)
HDD: WD 500 gb , Seagate 350 gb
Display monitor: Just a square Dell monitor

You get the static from USB headsets AND 1.3mm jacks?

1.3 mm jacks and it also happened to my previous motherboard so i don't think my current one has the problem.

You may find it difficult to find an isolated wall socket in a residential home. While the outlet may physically be distant from the other, chances are they could be on the same circuit (breaker). Especially if they are those outlets in the same room. Not to mention poor wiring of older houses and apartment buildings.

Is the monitor an LCD or CRT?

Have you tried muting all inputs in your software audio mixer? A buzz could be introduced from the mic or line input connector jacks.

Ideally, A/V devices should be plugged into the same outlet and/or same circuit as to share a common ground. You can try something called a Ground Lift, it's a female three-prong plug socket to a male two-prong adapter. This can potentially remove an issue caused by a ground loop.

Another cause of audible buzzes and humming with motherboard integrated sound cards is the interference cause by nearby devices in the computer (case). Desktops and laptops are both prone to this type interference. Personally, my MacBook Pro laptop needs a ground lift to overcome the noise even if devices share a common outlet.

Tnx. It came from my wall socket. My room's electricity cables are damaged somewhere. Is there any to way fix it at a low cost?
