Headphone Xbox One

If I were to say use an external sound card could I use a pair of USB head phones on my Xbox One. Sorry if it's the wrong category.

First off, the XBOX has to support an external sound card, which I don't think it does. If you are talking about using standard USB computer headphones with the XBOX, then no unless they are specifically made for XBOX use also with an adapter.
