Solved! Headphones aren't working properly

So, the other day I pulled my headphones a little bit too hard. Now, they won't work unless I bend the beggining of the headphones. I hope there is a solution, please help!

There is probably a loose contact inside the headphones. I would not recommend opening them up, instead return them to the seller if you still have a warranty on them.
