Headphones for £300

I'm looking to buy headphones as I was told gaming headsets are a waste of money.

What is the best manufacturer to buy from?

My budget is £300

I don't have a sound card but am willing to buy one later.

I checked and I can afford the 650.

They're both great products. Have a look at some reviews of both and see if there is anything about one of them that appeals to you particularly.

One thing that I'd say is that these headphones are for life! If they break, Sennheiser sell all the parts for them and they're not hard to fix. I've already replaced the springs and cable on one of my pairs.
