Solution PsyKhiqZero Aug 27, 2016 1. Test the audio device with another set of headphones. 2. If the second set is fine, consider an RMA to manufacturer. 3. If they are out of warranty or your lazy and willing to lose the headset. Open it up and check for broken solder joints
