Hello! I'm looking for a gaming Headphones or Headset under ~120$ with good bass. It would be nice, if they had memory foam inside ear pads. P.S. I'll use them with this mobo: http/www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4434#ov

No, why would you? If you want other options, there's also the SteelSeries Siberia V2. It's cheaper than the Kraken Pro, and there are both USB and 3.5mm jack version.
