Hi, recently my Sentey Artix USB headphones have been randomly switching my sound to my speakers and then after a few seconds, back to my headphones. I've had these headphones for about a year now, so they might just be old. Also, sometimes sound will start to sound like static and I will have to unplug my headphones and then plug them back in to stop the static sound. I've checked for loose wires, changed USB ports, and restarted my computer, but to no avail. Are my headphones just old, or is there something wrong with them? I've also looked around on the internet for this exact problem, but I haven't found any answer for it, so any help will be appreciated!

Sounds like you have a loose connection, either with the USB port or on the headphones. Contact support for the headphones.
