Headset Audio differences

I have some problems with HpyerX cloud 2. There is the USB dongle and the headset’s own 3.5 jack. Why is it that when I input the jack into my Desktop PC it has more bass and sound clarity than when I input the jack on the USB dongle? Thanks.

Its the difference in the sound processing chip being used.
Plug it into the jack and you get the motherbds (or the soundcards) chip.
Use the usb and its whatever chip they put in there...

Try to use an equalizer to edit the bass, I think you may find a pre-installed on Windows, but I'm not sure about this.
