Headset for PS4 and PC

What is, or what are the best headsets that work on PS4, and PC. If they can work at the same time on PS4 and PC that would be even better... They should cost max. 140-150€. I don't want to pay too much for a headset.

I'm looking for nice looking headset, good audio and good mic. They don't have to be "gaming" headsets. I would like to have like Audiotechnicas, Beardynamics or Sennheisers, but I don't know which works for PS4 and PC. I don't want to get the U320, it doesn't look that good.

Closed headphones are a plus.

I use Sony http/us.playstation.com/ps3/accessories/higher-end-stereo-headset.html which are compatible with PS3, PS4, PC and mac. I have as well the older and cheaper version of them.
