Headset Hama question

I got a small question about this headset, with usb, i tested, my mic works, but the problem is that i dunno how to boost more, it's 100 in this picture, but still, my voice can barely be heard, dunno why. I've watched a video and i've seen this microphone boost, but i don't see anything like that, and not even a custom option to enable it. What do i have to do so that the microphone boost to apear, or my mic dont even has that option?

You don't have the boost option because it's USB I believe.

You'll have to adjust the sensitivity in the application your re using perhaps, or have other people turn you up if possible.

That weak is the headset? No boost? I wanna use it in GTA 5, and there all is at max with the voice chat. It may be a trick that the push to talk and voice activated be different? Maybe voice activated will make me be heard better? I mean, on TS it worked good like this.
