Hel p me choose between MSI and Asus Rog

There's a sale on the msi laptops but im afraid that has made me lose sight what's the better laptop.

I don't understand why the Asus is $600 more than the MSI. My choice would be the MSI. If the price difference were much smaller, the choice would be more difficult.
