Hello , I have Toshiba Satellite C850-B638

the laptop works normally in the begging then it is freezing for a minute then sometimes it restart automatically or rework again. I tried many times to make a format in different windows but the situation it happen again
Please i need your help for knowing the problem

If you have owned this laptop for a while, it may be overheating. IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE DOING SO, pop open the laptop, and clean out the heatsinks/dust filters/ everything. Otherwise, it could be a hard drive issue. For a laptop, I'm pretty sure that these cannot be replaced, so the whole laptop is now effectively a brick. Before you abandon all hope, wait a few more days and see if anyone else has any ideas.
