Hi everyone!
My little sister needs a laptop for school next year and i need a few ideas as to what i should be looking at.

She is going to be carrying it around all day so it needs to be sturdy, also a 13 inch screen would be ideal, not any larger.

She wants to be able to play some games on it, minecraft in particular (with optifine to boost performance)

Other than that just for general use

Must be a Windows machine

Price limit is $1000NZD (~$750USD)

Thanks in advance for the help :)

The HP envy computers might be worth a look for you. They have a great i7 processor with 8 GB of Ram. It comes in right under your max. It also features an aluminum unibody like a mac, so it is quite stylish. Something I bet your sister would appreciate. I think you'll proabably have to go with a 15 inch screen most likely. I find most 13 inch laptops are not designed for games since most people who are interested in games want a large screen

I hope this helps.
