The SSD on my Acer M5-581TG I bought a few years ago broke down (had to reformat everything onto the HDD) and I'm looking for a replacement laptop preferably around $800 or lower.

I already have a desktop that I game on, but I want to at least play low-demand games like CS:GO or Minecraft on max settings smoothly (80FPS?), since I'll probably be taking the laptop on trips as a mini-gaming rig. I also do some programming on GameMaker, and will probably be taking a computer science class next year (doing Javascript stuff).

I'm looking for a decent GPU (able to max out CSGO), good CPU and at least 6GB of RAM (8GB is ideal). Matte screen would be great, TN or IPS doesn't matter. I don't really need an SSD as long as the laptop can boot in under a minute.

What's most important to me is size, weight, and sound. Since, I'll be carrying this thing around, I need something about 1in or shorter to fit into my backpack, and something around 5lb or less. I'll also be using this in a quiet classroom, and can't have the fan whirring when I'm only watching youtube videos like my current laptop.

Right now I'm considering getting this:

Acer V15 Nitro
http://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-VN7-591G-73Y5-15-6-In...

..but it's a little bit over my budget, and I don't really like the look of a Lenovo Y50 (looks too tacky with the speaker grills). I also checked out the HP Omen 15, but I read a lot of negative reviews on its idle fan noise (it's also way over my budget).

Any suggestions?

CSGO maxed on my Acer M5 won't go over 30FPS (the fan also becomes insanely loud). Then again, it's almost over 3 years old with a busted SSD. Do you have any suggestions that meet my criteria above?

If radeon is fine for you, you can take an HD 7870 or 7970; or Geforce 670/760, 8GB ram with intel core i5 4460 or i5 3210m for $800 i think is possible x) With that, you will play it 120 fps.
You play only CS:GO ? So just take an i3 i enough
