Help finding laptop meeting the min. system requirements please!

Hello, i am searching for a laptop that will meet the following MINIMUM system requirements:

CPU: 1.0 GHZ

RAM: 512 MB (2+ GB is Recommended)

Video: 1024x768 Resolution is Recommended

Operating System: Windows XP or Newer with all Service Packs Installed

Microsoft .NET Framework: 3.5 Service Pack 1 or Newer

VERY IMPORTANT! i need 7200RPM hard drive or faster!

i would prefer a 17" screen.

price is a concern, so please post the best priced laptops!!!!
